Thursday Challenge—"sweet" (#2)


This is called a "merveilleuse" —crème Chantilly,
bits of meringue, and salted caramel— 
and it can only be enjoyed at my favorite Paris
restaurant,
Circonstances, which is the
labor 
of love of the very talented Franck and Karin.
