ABC Wednesday—V is for "vines"

Not sure what the main vine is—wisteria, maybe?
But I'm impressed with the bougainvillea
blooming in October.  This garden is in the Andes,
where it was warm during the day but the temp
dropped down to near freezing at night.

  5. I always wanted a bougainvillea or a wisteria climbing across my front lower roofline. Love them!

  6. Now, I might expect to see bougainvillea blooming in Florida right now, but with temps going to near freezing, I am surprised to see these flowers.

    Beautifully composed.

  7. I have this little metal sign my mom gave me that says "I tried it died"
It's hanging on the side of my flower pot. But I love that my hubby gets things to grow and be pretty.
I wish our bougainvillea looked that colorful.
