I was curious who the guy is who is much taller than his accompanying steed (pony?). It is Castor of “...and Pollux” fame.Searching around I found something of interest. Just as the Himalayas have their yeti, so have the U.S. and, I see, Rome, too, their big foot.
I was lucky ~ only there for a day {we walked 12+ hours} and no rain. On the downside, I didn't see a sky like this lovely one!
