I'm watching a rerun of the inaugural celebration and reflecting on the events of the past week. This really did happen this way, neighborhood by neighborhood. Let's keep up the momentum.
This really does take the cake. What goods did they have for sale, pray tell? Perhaps a "turn the country upside down cake"...everybody gets the same size slice, too. Or Aretha Franklin gingerbread cutouts adorned with that large hat she wore. Or "Yo Yo Ma-caroons." Hey, as you say, "this is how it's done." lol
coltrane -- you slay me! I took this shot as I was headed for work, so didn't actually get to this bake sale. But I'm sure they had black & white cookies and did NOT have any "you're doing a great job" brownies!
