The Weekend in Black and White

Last weekend I stopped by to visit my
favorites at the Central Park Zoo.
I know the snow leopards are actually
quite fierce, but this cross-eyed
kitty looks like a total pussy cat to me.

Thursday Challenge: Rest

Why is one of these resting kitties not like the others?

Is it because I know the names of three of them  (Frank,

Buddy, and Stubby) but not the fourth?   No.

Is it because three are sleeping and one is yawning?  No.

Is it because when they get up from their nap, three of

them just want a bowl of cat chow and the fourth wants

to eat . . . you?  Ummm, maybe.

abc wednesday - S is for "snow leopard"

Finally got a look at one of the new
snow leopards in her million-dollar
habitat at the Central Park Zoo. Isn't
she beautiful? I know that here she
looks like a real pussycat (so to speak)—
but although these cats are not that
big, they are very fierce! Check it out.
