Weekend Reflections

This is the ground floor of 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
I went on a school outing years ago 
with one of my kids when her class got a tour of
 the NBC studios, which are in this building.
Highlights were visiting the newsroom and meeting
Tom Brokaw, playing "weatherman" on 
the Today set, and getting a shout-out from
Bobby McFerrin as he was rehearsing
"Don't Worry Be Happy" for Saturday Night Live!

Rockefeller Center

We're still hanging around Rockefeller Center,
because even though I showed you that
tree last Thursday, there's plenty more to see—
seriously, how do they manage to wrap
every branch of those trees in blue lights?
