Overnight sensation


This dogwood tree is right outside my
apartment.  On Saturday morning,
it was covered with tight little buds—but 
when I woke up on Easter Sunday, 
I found this!

    I can’t believe this is real. It looks like graphics from a computer game. The timing of their blooming was quite auspicious!

    What fabulous timing! These are among my all time favorite trees. I love the dark pink color, too!
