take a picture!  In case I haven't said so lately,
I absolutely love the zoom on my favorite digital
camera—with or (as here) without a tripod.

the butterfly's brunch

I went to the garden to play with my new
camera, which has a 50X zoom.  I was
impressed with what I could capture from
a fair distance—and handheld too.

My digital zoom definitely comes in handy—especially when I want
a "close-up" shot of something that's (on average) 238,857 miles away!
