ABC Wednesday—J is for "jellyfish"


This fairly large (+/- a foot across) flower-shaped 

jellyfish (can you see the clear "petals"?) 
must be one hardy specimen . . .

    I was curious about jellyfish and their adaptation to various temperatures and came across this.

  5. I've never seen on like that. The ones I've seen in Galveston and Corpus are big clear blobs.
    I didn't realize they would be in icy water like that
