When you come through the blue gate featured in yesterday's post, this is the courtyard you enter. The building is l'hôtel de Lalande, originally a private residence built in 1779 and now the Musée des Arts Décoratif de Bordeaux. [Linking back to Ruby Tuesday and Our World Tuesday.] |
So pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove the contrast and textures of this photo.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely colors...almost Christmasy. And I was shocked to see New Year's decorations up here three days ago....
ReplyDeleteLovely color and composition in your photo!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful week ~ ^_^
I can’t think of more appropriate Bordeaux greenery than grapevines. Looks like post harvest. Must be a “red” variety. If I had to take a wild guess I might go for Cabernet Franc. But one would naturally think first of Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.
ReplyDeleteLove this view. Stirs up my wanderlust!
