The Weekend in Black and White


Here's one of the things I love about digital
photography:  When I was up in the 
Arctic, I must have taken dozens (maybe hundreds)
of pictures of birds, just hoping to
have a few that are any good.  I think 
maybe this one is a keeper.

    There's no maybe about it - this is definitely a keeper! Gorgeous detail. I totally agree with you about the benefits of digital. In the old days we'd have used roll after roll of film, and have no real idea what we'd caught until it was all developed. I'm completely won over ;)
