ABC Wednesday—C is for "City Hall"

This fountain (which I've shown before) is
in City Hall Park.  Visible at the end of  the pathway 
is City Hall.  Since I took this shot the whole 
building has been wrapped up for renovation.
Apparently, they're replacing the roof, but at first 
I thought they were raising the ceilings:  
Our new mayor, Bill de Blasio, is about a foot taller 
than his predecessor, Michael Bloomberg.
