So long, Santa


It's finally (past) time to pack up all
the Christmas things.  This Santa
was handmade and hand-painted and
signed by someone named Fran (I think)
Deckel (I think), on Cape Cod.  Was
able to find precisely nothing on the Internet,
so suffice it to say that this makes me
very happy for a month or so each year
and I hate to put it away.

    I’ll bet this was the exact image Eartha Kitt was visualizing when singing Santa Baby.
