Shopping in Budapest

Meats and cheeses for sale at the Sunday Market
at Szimpla Kért (which I've shown before):
One thing that struck me as just a bit unsanitary
was that all of the food I saw for sale in various markets
was just sitting out there uncovered.  (Or maybe I've become
too accustomed to American over-packaging.)

At the Sunday Market

For me, that amount of paprika would 
be enough to last several lifetimes.
But in Hungary, where I took this shot, it's
probably just a few months' worth.
