What I really like about this is that there is a bit of a subtle, pastel complementary color scheme going on here. Not to mention that air-brush kind of thing: crisp edges and gradations.
Your photo reminds me of a story.... a biblical one, I don't know if it excists in another language then my own but it tells about how one man can feel abandoned by God seeing his own footsteps and crying out to Him, after which He answers that the footstep that man sees are not his own but Gods, carrying that man through difficult times.
