emerging moon

I was coming home late from work one
night last week and saw this
(just about) half moon playing peekaboo
with the clouds.  Snapped this just
as it was emerging.

take a picture!  In case I haven't said so lately,
I absolutely love the zoom on my favorite digital
camera—with or (as here) without a tripod.
